Service Description

A 45-minute total conditioning class that will challenge your strength and cardio with body weight exercises, bands and intervals. We take advantage of our surroundings, using the parking lot, benches, and stairs. Everyone is welcome! Familiarity with basic exercises such as squats, lunges, planks and pushups is recommended. Equipment: Please bring a mat, towel and water. I will provide the other equipment.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule up to 15 minutes in advance. Single sessions and package purchases cannot be transferred and are non-refundable with the exception of medical necessity and/or within 24 hours of purchase. Client must provide doctors note in order to receive refund. 1. Beth Antell Fitness makes every effort to keep class scheduling as consistent as possible, however, class availability and scheduling is subject to change. 2. A $25 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds, late payments, and returned checks.
