Focus on increasing joint mobility which is essential for effective and efficient movement during exercise and life. It may include myofascial release work using balls or a foam roller. The perfect way to end your week and ease into the weekend. Undo the effects of sitting, a less than ideal work station, or perhaps too much of a new activity. Equipment: foam roller and tennis ball or similar but not mandatory.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 15 minutes in advance. Single sessions and package purchases cannot be transferred and are non-refundable with the exception of medical necessity and/or within 24 hours of purchase. Client must provide doctors note in order to receive refund. 1. Beth Antell Fitness makes every effort to keep class scheduling as consistent as possible, however, class availability and scheduling is subject to change. 2. A $25 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds, late payments, and returned checks.
